The English word "pasty" derives from Medieval French for a pie, filled with venison, salmon or other meat, vegetables or cheese, baked without a dish.

Pengenna Pasties specialise in home-made pasties produced using original family recipes. We have five different kinds available to order from our online "Pasties By Post".
